So it’s half-way through 2018 and the only thing I’ve managed to do successfully is keep my children alive. Not that this is an insignificant accomplishment, it’s just not goal setting. Wake up in the morning, work to keep them alive, put them to bed at night. Repeat.
So now that the separation and chaos are resolving themselves I’ve set three goals for myself for the remainder of the year:
- lose 40 pounds
- Finish novel #2
- learn to fly
So it’s Sunday, June 2 and I drank a gallon of water today, had only one soda, downloaded Flight Simulator: Steam Edition and it’s now 9 pm and WHERE DID THE DAY GO?
